Motorcyclist seriously hurt in downtown crash

A man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle crash downtown on Tuesday afternoon.
A bike hit a car broadside at Front and Parliament streets around 4:15 p.m.
Paramedics say the motorcyclist had serious head injuries and was taken to a Toronto trauma centre in stable condition.
He was wearing a helmet.
The intersection was partly closed for the investigation and has reopened.
