Michael Phelps retires from swimming, turns to modeling

Michael Phelps has retired from swimming and turned to modeling, quickly netting a blue-chip gig.

The man with the most Olympic medals of all-time will appear in a print advertising campaign for Louis Vuitton, shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Also appearing in the campaign is Larisa Latynina, the gymnast who held the Olympic record – with 14 medals, including 9 golds – before Phelps shattered it in London.

Phelps announced his retirement after the 2012 Games.
