Car rolls over at Cumberland parking garage in downtown

An elderly couple suffered minor injuries on Friday morning after their vehicle fell from one level to another in a parking garage on Cumberland Street in downtown Toronto.

The incident occurred mid-morning at 50 Cumberland St., near Bay and Bloor streets.

Both occupants, including a 92 year-old woman, were taken to St. Michael’s Hospital as a precaution. A man inside was trapped for a short time, but also was apparently unhurt.

No word yet on a cause.
