Fans of the Material Girl got the ultimate thrill at the Air Canada Centre Wednesday night.
Madonna kicked off the Toronto leg of her MDNA world tour with her latest hit, Girl Gone Wild.
Madge’s tour has been making headlines this summer due to nudity and some controversial political commentary, including performances in which she showed a picture of right-wing French politician Marine Le Pen with a swastika superimposed on her face.
The MDNA tour began May 31 in Tel Aviv.
Madonna’s next, and final Toronto MDNA tour date is Thursday before she heads to Atlantic City.
