Pedestrian hurt on Royal York Road

A pedestrian was hurt on Royal York Road near Evans Avenue Thursday morning.
The woman was found on the road just before 7:30 a.m. at Cavell Avenue. It’s not known if she suffered a medical condition, or was hit by a vehicle.
The woman was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital in non life-threatening condition.
Royal York was closed in the area for a short time.
