Once again, Citytv employees – including CityLine’s Tracy Moore, Breakfast Television’s Frank Ferragine and CityNews’ Tom Hayes – are participating in the 10-for-10 fitness challenge.
The goal is to lose those last 10 pounds over the course of a 10-week program.
Fitness expert Stephanie Joanne is challenging participants to give up toxic foods, perform 31 workouts over 10 weeks and complete three measurements and fitness tests.
The first measurement and test is on Day One, the second check-in is halfway through the program and at the end, there’s the final weigh-in.
Joanne said a challenge like this is great for an office setting, because participants can keep each other motivated.
“Some workouts get boring very fast,” she said.
“This workout is designed around time. So you do as much as you can in 31 seconds. You don’t have to worry about counting, you just do as many reps as you can.”
