York Regional Police busted a marijuana grow-op in a Newmarket corn field, seizing drugs that they say are worth $200,000.
It was one of nine locations targeted by police on Thursday morning.
One grow-op, near Woodbine Avenue and Davis Drive, netted police 200 plants. Each plant has a street value of about $1,000, officers said.
No arrests have been announced.
