Citytv employees, including CityLine’s Tracy Moore, Breakfast Television’s Frank Ferragine and CityNews’ Tom Hayes, are once again participating in the 10-for-10 fitness challenge, and we’re asking you to join too.
The goal is to lose those last 10 pounds over the course of a 10-week program. Fitness expert Stephanie Joanne is challenging everyone to complete 31 workouts (that works out to about three a week) and to eliminate toxic foods.
We want your “before” photos and your measurements – Moore’s weigh-in can be found here – and once you’ve completed the program, we want to see your “after” photos too. Or simply share your weight-loss story with us.
