Haunted for 25 years by the death of a fellow officer, Sgt. Eddie Adamson took his own life.
Despite years of loyal service, his name does not appear on the wall honouring fallen police officers.
His family is fighting to have his name added to the wall.
“He deserves to be among those officers because he did give his life for that job. He gave his heart, his soul, his whole being to that job. He deserves to be there,” his daughter told CityNews.
The family says he is being discriminated against based on disability.
