Woman stabbed, badly injured in Ajax home invasion

A woman has been seriously after a home invasion in Ajax.
The incident happened Friday evening at a house on Mandrake Street, near Harwood Avenue and Highway 401.
The woman was stabbed several times and taken to hospital.
A young child in the home at the time was unharmed.
According to police it was not a random act, and they’re searching for two suspects.
Suspect #1 is described as a male, white, mid 20s, with a slim to medium build, about 5’7” tall.
Suspect #2 is described as a male, white, in his early 20s.
