Parts of Bloor-Danforth subway closed on weekend

Eight subway stops along the Bloor-Danforth line are closed this weekend for track work that’s being done at Jane Station, the TTC says.
The TTC said it needs to close the line from Keele to Kipling stations beginning Saturday in order to replace the cross-over tracks.
Riders will instead take shuttle buses between Keele and Kipling.
Buses will stop inside Keele, Islington and Kipling stations. But they will stop on the street outside High Park, Runnymede, Jane, Old Mill and Royal York stations.
With Keele not accessible, a Wheel-Trains vehicle will be stationed at Dundas West Station, the TTC says.
Normal subway service will resume 6 a.m. Monday.
