Police investigate 3 armed home invasions in the city’s west end

Police investigate after three armed home invasions took place on Friday in the city’s west end.

The first incident took place around 4:30 p.m. in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area. Police say they are searching for two suspects.

The first suspect is described as a male, 5’10’-6’0 tall.

The second suspect is described as a male, black, 5″10-6’0 tall and was clean shaven

The next incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. near Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West.

The first suspect is described as male, black, 6’0- 6’3 tall, 160-180 pounds, full beard, black hair, approximately 20 years old.

The second suspect is described as male, black, 5’8-5’10 tall, 200 pounds, unshaven, 20 years old

Police say a possible vehicle involved in the robbery has been described as a dark coloured, newer model vehicle with a loud exhaust.

The third incident took place in the Keele Street and Finch Avenue West area around 7:30 p.m.

Police say they are looking for three suspects.

The first suspect is described as male, black, 22 years old, 5’9″ tall, 200 pounds, dark complexion.

The second suspect is described as a male, black, 18-20 years old, 5’8″ tall, 150 pounds, dark complexion.

The third suspect is described as a male, black, 22 years old, 6’2″ tall, 180 pounds, medium build, dark complexion.

No injuries were sustained during the home invasions. Police do not believe the three instances are related to each other.
