3 suspects sought for fatal stabbing on Bleecker Street

Police are searching for three suspects wanted for a double stabbing downtown Thursday that killed one man and landed another in hospital.
Officers were called to a highrise apartment building at 275 Bleecker St., near Parliament and Wellesley streets, around 3 p.m. where they found the victims on Sherbourne Street. Police believe the victims were stabbed during a confrontation in the apartment.
Detectives believe the suspects fled the crime scene by a west stairwell and one of them is believed to have been bleeding when the trio took off.
The male suspects are described as:

- Black, early 20s
- Hair in cornrows and was wearing a black leather jacket and baggy jeans

- Black, light complexion
- Was wearing a light blue baseball cap, a dark blue and black two-toned jacket with a red symbol on the chest and left sleeve. He was also wearing grey jeans

- He was wearing a black jacket with a black hood and black jeans
A post-mortem examination on the murder victim is scheduled for Friday. His name hasn’t been released.
Investigators are combing over security footage from the area.
