York police searching for locker room voyeur

York Regional Police are searching for a man accused of spying on women in public locker rooms in Vaughan.

Police have released surveillance photos of the man and his car.

They say he was most recently seen at the Al Palladini Community Centre in Vaughan – but it wasn’t his first time at the location.

The man allegedly entered the women’s change room on Jan. 4, but left before police arrived.

Officers allege he made it into the change room three times last year: on Oct. 15, 17 and 24. On Oct. 24, he was confronted and then left.

Staff also saw the man inside the women’s change room at Vellore Village Community Centre in Woodbridge on Dec. 21, 2012.

A woman confronted the man and he left.

He is white, five-foot-10, with a medium build. He has short black hair and ball-shaped earrings, possibly in both ears. He was last seeing wearing a black or dark blue jacket.
