Woman found dead inside Sherbourne Street apartment

Police are investigating after a woman was found dead inside a downtown apartment Monday morning.
Officers said the death is suspicious but have made no arrests and haven’t released the cause.
Officers were called to a building at 257 Sherbourne St., near Dundas Street, around 5:30 a.m. where they found the 63-year-old woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man was taken into a police station for questioning, but wasn’t held in custody.
Police have released few details about the situation and have only said the woman’s death is being treated as suspicious.
