U.S. President Barack Obama will be sworn in publicly during his inauguration in Washington, D.C., on Monday.
The ceremony is expected to draw as many as 700,000 people on the National Mall, about the average figure for most inaugurations but much lower than the historic one that attracted 1.8 million people in 2009.
