Halton police believe the same man is responsible for two separate indecent acts in Burlington this week, including one in which a woman was punched in the face after confronting a flasher.
The first incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the underground parking lot of an apartment building on Surrey Lane. Police say a man exposed himself to a woman and then walked away.
Then on Thursday, a woman told police a man exposed himself to her around 3:30 a.m. in a townhouse complex on Marley Road. When she expressed her disgust, the man punched her in the face, police said.
In both cases, the suspect is described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, around five-feet, nine inches tall, with a slim build.
On Friday, police released a security image of the suspect captured in the underground garage.
