Snow squall advisories end for the GTA

A snow squall watch issued by Environment Canada for Toronto and a warning issued for parts of Durham Region have ended.

The advisories were issued Tuesday morning, tracking a band of squalls that was moving east over Lake Ontario. The federal agency warned the system could’ve brought up to 15 centimetres of snow and challenging driving conditions.

Tuesday’s forecast high for Toronto is -4 C.
