Justin Timberlake confirms 2nd album out this year

Superstar singer Justin Timberlake took a seven-year break from music but he came back with two albums in 2013.

Timberlake confirmed in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that the sequel to his latest album, The 20/20 Experience, would be released later this year.

The 20/20 Experience, which features the singles Suit & Tie and Mirror, was released on Monday. Each album will have 10 songs, for a total of 20, which explains the album’s name, drummer Questlove said earlier this week.

Questlove is the drummer for The Roots, Jimmy Fallon’s house band. Fallon and Timberlake routinely perform together on Late Night and Questlove spilled the beans online on Saturday.

The 20/20 Experience is No. 1 on iTunes and is on track to sell 500,000 copies in its first week, according to Billboard.
