A three-alarm fire led to plenty of damage, but luckily no injuries, at a construction company warehouse in North York on Thursday morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 1850 Wilson Ave., near Highway 400, around 3:45 a.m.
The flames appear to have started in a heating unit in the roof of the building and quickly spread.
A mayday call was issued at one point during the response, but the missing firefighter was found shortly after.
There’s no word yet on a damage estimate.
Police closed Wilson Avenue between Clayson Road and Highway 400. The area reopened at 6 a.m.
