Bruins plane departs Toronto after mechanical issue

It is not the way the Boston Bruins wanted to head into Game 7.
The team’s flight out of Toronto was delayed Sunday night because of a mechanical problem with their charter and they were forced to sleep here instead of heading home right away.
They’ll now arrive in Boston a full nine hours after the Maple Leafs touched down for Monday night’s do-or-die game.
The teams will face off at TD Garden for Game 7. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
