Man in custody after alleged gunpoint robbery

Toronto police have a man in custody after a robbery early Wednesday morning near Parliament and Wellesley streets.

Officers say the man was armed with a replica handgun.

The robbery happened before 4:30 a.m. and the suspect allegedly took off in a car afterward. He was arrested on Danforth Avenue near Coxwell Avenue.
