LIVE STREAM: Executive committee debates development charges, land transfer tax, Bixi & Porter

The mayor’s executive committee is meeting Wednesday to discuss a host of issues, including hiking development charges and slashing the municipal land transfer tax, as well as getting updates on the financially troubled Bixi bike sharing program and Porter Airline’s request to amend a tripartite agreement so it can fly commercial jets at the island airport.
