Bail hearing Friday for Toronto police officer accused of child porn

A 44-year-old Toronto police officer accused of making child pornography will appear in court on Friday for a bail hearing.

Peel police officers arrested Dariusz Kisielewski, 44, at his Mississauga home on Sept. 5 and he has remained in custody since.

He has been suspended from Toronto police with pay, according to published reports.

Kisielewski is charged with making child pornography, possessing child pornography and three counts of voyeurism.

Const. Fiona Thivierge said last month that Kisielewski is married and has children but didn’t know how many people lived in his home.

The investigation is ongoing.
