A Toronto man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl after allegedly offering to take modeling photographs of her.

Toronto police allege the suspect approached the 16-year-old near Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road on Oct. 2.

Sometime between Oct. 2 and Oct. 10, police say the girl was sexually assaulted in four separate incidents at the suspect’s studio in the Finch Avenue West and Keele Street area.

Police arrested Alton Matherson, 48, on Friday. He is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual exploitation, making child pornography
and possession of child pornography.

Police say the Matherson operates a photography business under two names: On the spot Talent and Matherson Photography.

Police believe there may be more victims.
