Eager shoppers have been lined up outside of the Eaton Centre H&M since Wednesday evening waiting to shop French fashion designer Isabel Marant’s collection.
Marant said she is flattered by the collaboration and is honoured to bring her effortless rock and roll, chic Parisian style to H&M stores around the world.
The collection ranges from $25 to $400 and includes pieces for men, women and children. There are plenty of chunky knit sweaters, Navajo inspired denim and grungy silk tops.
The designer has dressed celebrities like Victoria Beckham, Sienna Miller and Kate Bosworth and said she was thrilled to have created a more affordable line.
Yorkdale, Bloor Street and Eaton Centre H&Ms open their doors at 8 a.m.
If you want to shop online, good luck … due to the high volume of traffic to their site, you will be stuck in a virtual line up.
