Parliament Hill will be alive Wednesday with the sound of more than just politicians.
Instead of mountains, the Peace Tower will be the backdrop as the National Arts Centre launches the count-down to the opening of the English Theatre’s production of The Sound of Music.
Eliza-Jane Scott will play the part of Maria, raising her arms for a photo op in front of the Parliament buildings to mark the occasion.
Inside, the federal political parties will hold their weekly caucus meetings to hash out the priorities for the rest of the week and beyond.
