A man was rushed to hospital after he was found handcuffed and beaten on Feb. 11, 2014. CITYNEWS.

Toronto police are investigating after a man was found handcuffed and beaten near Kennedy Road and Finch Avenue early Tuesday morning.

The victim, believed to be in his 20s, was found on Milliken Boulevard around 3:40 a.m.

He was rushed to hospital with serious head injuries.
