Public’s help sought after man found handcuffed, beaten in east end

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help after a man was found handcuffed and beaten in the city’s east end early last week.
The victim, 26, was found on Milliken Boulevard around 3:40 a.m. last Tuesday, near Kennedy Road and Finch Avenue East.
He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
His 2004 silver BMW 320i car with licence plate TRLSEND is still missing, police say.
