Less than a day after another series of scathing allegations against Rob Ford made headlines around the world, The Toronto Star reports that the mayor beat up his friend and used racial slurs during a reported drug-use incident last weekend.

As reported by The Globe and Mail on Wednesday night, there are supposedly three new videos of Rob Ford consuming drugs in the basement of his sister’s home. Alongside the mayor is long-time friend and alleged drug dealer Alexander “Sandro” Lisi. The Toronto Star says the man who is trying to sell the videos — described as a “20-year-old drug dealer” — also witnessed a fight between Ford and Lisi.

As reported in The Toronto Star, the witness said Ford repeatedly punched his friend and occasional driver to the point where Lisi was in tears.

Ford also used the n-word to refer to the drug-dealer, and ousted TCH CEO Gene Jones, the newspaper article reads.

The incident happened on Saturday night, in the basement of Ford’s sister’s home. At one point, the witness said, Ford’s sister Kathy tried to stop the mayor from hitting Lisi. Ford then pushed his sister.

The Star says its reporters saw all three new videos but that the fight and racist remarks were not caught on tape.

Neither CityNews nor 680News have been able to independently verify any of these made in the Toronto Star

Lisi is currently facing drug and extortion charges and will return to court on May 7. The extortion charge relates to the first so-called crack video that came to light last year. Lisi is accused of threatening two men while trying to obtain the video.

In addition to the new allegations, The Toronto Sun published an audio file on Wednesday allegedly of Ford ranting and making lewd comments about mayoral candidate Karen Stintz and his wife, Renata.

The recording was allegedly taken at an Etobicoke bar on Monday night. In addition to the comments about women, Ford allegedly also used an offensive term for Italians.

Immediately after that report on Wednesday night, Ford issued a statement that he was taking a leave of absence to deal with alcohol issues.

“I have a problem with alcohol, and the choices I have made while under the influence. I have struggled with this for some time,” the statement read.

On Thursday morning, Ford’s brother Coun. Doug Ford choked back tears talking about the mayor.

“This is not an easy thing for anyone to do especially when you’re the mayor of the city,” Coun. Ford said at a news conference. “I encouraged my brother to take this time for himself and for the sake of his family.”

Ford has a history of using homophobic, racist and sexist language. In council chambers, he has said that “Orientals worked like dogs” and that “If you are not doing needles and you are not gay, you wouldn’t get AIDS probably, that’s bottom line.”

Responding to a question about adultery allegations contained in a 2013 police document, Ford said: “It says that I want to eat her p****-. I’ve never said that in my life to her. I would never do that. I’m happily married. I’ve got more than enough to eat at home.”

Note: CityNews and 680News have not seen the alleged new videos.
