Dump truck hits hydro poles, closes Bayview & York Mills intersection

A dump truck that left its bed open struck some hydro wires which forced the closure of the intersection at York Mills Road and Bayview Avenue in Toronto.
The truck was exiting a private townhouse complex on the eastside of Bayview when the incident occurred on Thursday morning.
No injuries were reported, paramedics say.
There is a power outage in the immediate area because of the downed hydro wires. But hydro workers are at the scene.
