Homicide investigation launched after 2 die at VELD

Toronto police have launched a homicide investigation after two people died after attending the VELD Music Festival. CityNews reporter Adrian Ghobrial reports that 15 people were rushed to hospital after they allegedly purchased a “substance” at the festival.
