Mother recalls terrifying day her son fell out a window

CityNews reporter Pam Seatle speaks with the mother of a six-year-old Aurora boy who is recovering after falling through the screen of a second floor window.
The boy was jumping on the bed near an open window when he fell.
He suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened a week before a three-year-old boy fell from the second floor window of a Whitby area home.
Police say the child was playing on a bed against the window when the screen gave way. The child fell to a lower roof and then fell about 15 feet to the ground.
The boy was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. He was then transported to the Hospital for Sick Children.
Police say he recovering well and is expected to be discharged from hospital on Monday.
Foul play is not suspected in either case.
