Police release composite sketch of suspect in Lake Shore & Strachan sex assault

Toronto police have released a composite sketch of a suspect wanted in connection with an alleged sexual assault last week.

Police said a 49-year-old woman was at a park in the Lake Shore Boulevard and Strachan Avenue area at around 5 a.m. on Aug. 20.

She was approached by an unknown man who allegedly sexually assaulted her and attacked her with a knife.

The man is described as white with a tanned skin tone, 25 to 35 years old, with a round face, black/brown eyes, a large nose, a thin chinstrap beard, bushy eyebrows and short dark hair. He was wearing dark pants.
