Toronto police say no charges will be laid after a man was spotted on a downtown rooftop on Tuesday night, holding a gun.
Police closed off several blocks of Spadina Avenue, between Baldwin and Nassau streets, at around 7 p.m.
The Emergency Task Force was called to the scene.
After several hours, a 25-year-old man was taken into custody.
Investigators said the man was holding a pellet gun, but was not using it in a threatening manner, and was let off with a warning.
