A woman walked around Manhattan in New York City for 10 hours, recording the barrage of catcalls and stares from strangers — one which followed her for several minutes trying to entice her into conversation.
Other comments seemed innocuous, like, “How are you doing today?” and “Have a nice evening.”
The woman remains stone-faced throughout.
The video, which has been viewed over six million times, was produced by a non-profit group called Hollaback! that says it is “dedicated to ending street harassment.”
