Man suspected of sex assaults on TTC bus

Toronto police have released a photo of a man who’s believed to have sexually assaulted a number of women on two east-end buses.

A woman told police she got on the Flemingdon Park bus at Broadview Station around 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 and, during the ride, the man stood behind her and started moving in a sexual way.

She said she got away from him and noticed him then stand behind another woman and sexually assault her in the same way.

On Thursday, around 6 p.m., the first victim was on the same bus route when she saw the man again. She said the man sexually assaulted another woman the way he did before.

The suspect has light brown skin, is in his early 40s, five-foot-seven and 180 pounds with short, black hair balding at the back. He was wearing a black jacket, black sweater with white fleece lining, black plants and black shoes.

Anyone with information should call police at (416) 808-5400 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at (416) 222-TIPS (8477).
