Celebrities among dozens who accuse Cosby of sexual assault

Nearly 30 women have accused comedian Bill Cosby of rape or sexual assault during incidents dating back as early as 1965.

The 77-year-old entertainer is in Ontario for three performances. His first, in Kitchener, went off without a hitch. At his second show in London on Thursday evening, a heckler shouted “You are a rapist,” before being removed from the audience. Cosby’s final show is in Hamilton on Friday evening.

The allegations of sex assault, which Cosby denies through his lawyer, come from women from all walks of life, including people he met at his shows, celebrities, models and Playboy Bunnies.

Below is a list of some of the women who have come forward with their stories in recent weeks.

Dec. 11, 2014: Model Beverly Johnson tells Vanity Fair that Cosby drugged her in the mid-80s at his New York brownstone while she was auditioning for The Cosby Show

Nov. 21, 2014: Ex-Playboy playmate Victoria Valentino tells the Washington Post she met Cosby through another playmate. Valentino said Cosby drugged her and a girlfriend during a dinner and drove them to the Chateau Marmont where he allegedly raped her after trying to rape her friend.

Nov. 20, 2014: Carla Ferrigno, the wife of The Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno, tells a Los Angeles radio station, that while on a double date with Cosby and his wife, the comedian tried to force himself on her when they were alone.

Nov. 18, 2014: Model Janice Dickinson alleges to Entertainment Tonight that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1982 when he asked her to meet him in Lake Tahoe under the premise of potential work.
