Man found dead in Scarborough park

Toronto police are investigating after a man’s body was found in a Scarborough park Monday afternoon.
According to police, a passerby who had gone to Horton Park on Oswego Road near Eglinton Ave. and Danforth Ave. to have a smoke saw what appeared to be a man lying in the grass.
Paramedics were called in and said the man was “obviously dead.”
The coroner has been notified and an investigative team closed off the scene, but police have not said if the death is considered suspicious or medical-related.
