Two men in hospital after Hamilton fire

Two men were taken to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation after a house fire in Hamilton.
The fire began on Sherman Avenue North, near Burlington and Barton streets, just before 6 a.m. on Monday.
A 44-year-old man was taken to hospital for minor smoke inhalation. Another man, whose age is not known, had more serious injuries.
The cause of the fire and the cost of the damage is not yet known.
