Teen stabbed in Etobicoke made it home before calling 911

A teenager who was stabbed in Etobicoke early on Thursday morning was able to make it home before calling 911.
The victim is about 17 or 18 years old, Toronto police told 680 NEWS. He was stabbed in the chest outside a building on Garnett Janes Road, near Lake Shore Boulevard and Ninth Street, before 3 a.m.
He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
There’s no word yet on suspects, or why he was stabbed.
