Toronto art teacher charged with sexually assaulting girl, 7

A 24-year-old Toronto man is facing a charge of sexual assault following an interaction with a young child.
Police allege that a seven-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by her art teacher during multiple program sessions at the 4Cats Art Studio at 1615 Dupont St.
Jordan Pereira was arrested on Tuesday and faces one count of sexual assault. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
Police say they are concerned there may be other victims in this case and they’re asking them to come forward.
