Man killed in Bathurst and St. Clair gas station shooting identified

Toronto police have identified a man who was killed in a shooting at a gas station on Bathurst Street north of St. Clair Avenue.

Adrian Milligan, 23, was shot around 12:40 a.m. on Tuesday.

Milligan was found on the street and rushed to hospital, where he later died.

Police said Wednesday that just before his death, Milligan was arguing with two men. Those men were last seen running north on Raglan Avenue from Claxton Boulevard. At least one of the men had a gun, police said.

One of the men is black. He is five-foot-six or five-foot-seven, and was wearing a blue hoodie and shorts.

The other man is also black. He is five-foot-eight or five-foot-nine tall, and was wearing a grey sweater and shorts.
