Batteries stolen from school buses in Brant Country

Ontario provincial police are investigating after batteries went missing from several school buses from a location on Highway 24 in Brant County on Tuesday.
Police received a call from an employee at First Student Bus Lines reporting a theft at around 11:45 a.m.
After an investigation, they found that 31 batteries and connection cables were taken from 26 buses that were parked on the property. The items are worth around $6,000.
Police believe it happened in the early morning hours and have no suspect information.
