Cyclist seriously injured after colliding with truck downtown

A 41-year-old woman is in critical condition after she collided with a truck while riding her bike downtown on Wednesday.
It happened around 5 p.m. at Queen’s Park Crescent East and Wellesley Street West.
The woman was riding her bike west on Wellesley when she collided with a Mack truck turning right.
She was taken to hospital with life-threatening lower-body injuries.
The 55-year-old man driving the truck wasn’t hurt.
