Police seek 2 suspects after Gerrard street shooting

One man was rushed to hospital after a shooting in Cabbagetown on Saturday night.
Police responded to a call at around 11:30 p.m. in the Gerrard Street East and Gifford Street area after reports of multiple shots fired.
They found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and he was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Police say the man underwent emergency surgery and is now in stable condition. He expected to survive.
2 suspects were seen fleeing the scene. They are described as black males in their 20’s and over 6-feet tall.
An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
