Toronto police are looking for a man and a woman wanted in an alleged assault at a Chinatown pet store.

Police say the couple went into a pet store in the Dragon City Mall around 3 p.m. on Sept. 1.

The woman became upset when part of the store was closed. She allegedly pulled an aquarium from a display, causing it to smash.

When mall security tried to arrest the woman, police say the man assaulted the security officer and the pair ran off.

On Wednesday, police released security camera video and images of the suspects.

The man is in his 20s, five-foot-nine with a medium build, and has brown hair worn in cornrows. He was wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, light-green camouflage bucket hat and large white/black backpack.

The woman is also in her 20s, five-foot-seven and has dyed blonde hair. She was wearing large hoop earrings, a heavy black leather bomber jacket, white shirt, black pants, and carrying a black/white printed backpack.
