Man sought in Spadina subway assault

Toronto police are searching for a man wanted in connection with two assaults on passengers using the Spadina subway line.
Police were called to Spadina station on Friday just before 2 p.m. after two passengers claimed they were assaulted by the suspect aboard a northbound train.
The victims said they were approached by an unknown man who then sprayed them with an unknown substance.
One of the victims was taken to an area hospital suffering from redness and irritation to the eyes.
The suspect is described as being six-feet tall, wearing a black leather jacket, grey hoodie, black pants, dark shoes with white laces. He was carrying a small spray bottle.
Police say he is considered violent and dangerous.
