Suspect facing attempted murder charges after stabbing on Brampton bus

A 20-year-old woman is facing attempted murder charges after four people were stabbed on a transit bus in Brampton.

Officers were called to Queen Street and McVean Drive just after 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

One man was seriously hurt but his injuries are not life-threatening.

Three other people suffered minor injuries.

Peel police say Jade Nelson will be charged with four counts of attempted murder. She is expected to appear in court later Wednesday for a bail hearing.
