Woman hospitalized after North York hit-and-run

A woman in her 20s is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in North York.
Police said they were called to the area of Bathurst Street and Finch Avenue West shortly after midnight on Saturday.
The woman was conscious and breathing when paramedics arrived, and they took her to hospital for minor injuries to her face.
The driver of the vehicle did not remain at the scene.
Police said the vehicle was white and they believe the driver is male. The car was last seen heading north on Bathurst.
